Great service! Scheduled an appt online Sunday afternoon and a technician was at my house 8am Monday! Brad was super friendly, honest, and explained everything. Fixed my dryer in about a half an hour. Would highly recommend Brad and Sears.

Stephen called me personally when within 15 minutes of my house. He was very professional. He diagnosed the dryer problem, worked up the cost, verified that he had the required parts, and then went to work. He was very clean and meticulous. This was my second experience with Sears services and I would use them again.
