Kenneth came when expected, quickly repaired oven. He was professional and pleasant, explaining what was wrong. Unfortunately, I wasn't as pleasant to him. I had waited 2 months for you to find the needed parts. You didn't keep me informed as to the status and if I didn't keep calling I don't think I would have my range fixed yet. This was not Kenneth's fault he did an excellent job.
