Richard was outstanding. He taught us how to keep our appliances running longer as he was testing each ones temperatures. He cleaned them as well. We can't say enough about today's service. Thank you Richard!

Technician appeared very knowledgeable but conveyed little sympathy upon saying “apart unavailable but still you must pay visit.” Your system needs to assess people in advance. If they have an old appliance like I do, they need to say “probably parts not available.”
