Technician was excellent. Job was done quickly and efficiently . Scheduling was terrible. Window was 8:00 am to noon. Arrived at 3:05 pm. No notices provided during the day. Even with given window, we were number seven on the assigned list - not the technician’s fault.

No repair was done, I was told by the repairman that he did not work on ranges my size (48”)!

Reached out to sears to fix my dryer. I had someone come out and look at the dryer. The guy gave me a quote for parts and labor. We were forced to pay for the labor of the repairs before they even came out to do the repairs instead of just being able to order the parts. I have had 2 appointments scheduled to have repairs done and no one has showed up. I have missed 2 days of work now and have to miss a third now Friday to sit here and have them probably not show up again. I tried to call the corporate number provided online and was offered a free life alert when i called... and when I asked for corporate was told I was unable to help me with anything other than life alert. I have called every number for Sears and have been unable to speak with anyone. All they do is try and schedule an appointment online or an AI Bot and wont let you speak to anyone. I would use any other repair service before I use Sears again.
