Thought the repair went very smoothly. Our tech, Dean, was efficient and helpful; ended up fixing our dryer on the first visit and thought this was all accomplished at a fair price!

They were able to service only one heater as they did not have the work order for the others. We have had Sears Warranty for a long time, and when making the appointment they should have known we had multiple heaters. Dont expect the customer to know that separate work orders need to be made for each heater. Very disappointing.

Technician was excellent. Job was done quickly and efficiently . Scheduling was terrible. Window was 8:00 am to noon. Arrived at 3:05 pm. No notices provided during the day. Even with given window, we were number seven on the assigned list - not the technician’s fault.

No repair was done, I was told by the repairman that he did not work on ranges my size (48”)!
