Technician was good. Explained that there is Nothing to be done as the unit is providing heat, just not enough heat to actually dry a small load in under 3 hours. Not his fault LG makes a crappy dryer. Have not been happy with it since it was purchased.

The man came out on Christmas Eve and fix my dryer.. amazing

Kenneth is fantastic. However, window for service is 8AM- 5PM. 1st visit to diagnose, 2nd visit parts were broken, 3rd visit scheduled and no technician arrived! SO finally, on 4th scheduled visit, dishwasher was repaired. 5 stars for Kenneth- ZERO for SEARS scheduling and parts supply.

The Techs that came were great. They were professional, methodical and polite. However due to the fact that your AI is so far From what customers need we would never use your services again. The techs get a 10. Your AI gets a 0 if u cared about your customers you would reverse this ridiculous decision to use a machine instead of a human.
