We have had Jason service Craftsman Snowblower & Lawn Tractor's for the last 21 yrs. Some things never change : very intelligent & professional guy. He has always been on time with a Once & Done repair. Once you have had other people for service, he is memorable, he does NOT give attitude with rude behavior & profane language. He is a class act !

Tommy has tried everything during several visits to try and correct the issue but after everything has been replaced, some parts twice, he has helped us to obtain a new refrigerator. We are now waiting to hear how much so we can look for a replacement.
