He came and was very friendly and we felt as if we could trust what he told us. First of all he joked a little and then he got to work to see if the control top (touch screen type controls) could be replaced! We discovered our range (Maytag) is so old there are no replacement parts! AND he reassured us there was only a very tiny chance of a fire from our problem (less than 1% it would start a fire. NOW we feel safe. he was kind and patient.

Although Andrew could not fix our stove( circuit board no longer available), stove dated from 2004, was a great experience! Very courteous, friendly and his time announcements for when he would arrive were right on. Nice guy, very professional. Maybe he can fix my next appliance- not his fault! Bill

Overall it was a great experience, my wash machine stopped working at 7:30 at night and there was a service tech there by 8:00am the next morning. He was able to fix the problem within the hour and everything is working well! Thanks so much!
