Tyrone, tech, did a great job. He repaired the washing machine and serviced the dryer in one trip. He explained the work and the process. He also assisted us in signing up for the Home Warranty program. Sears is fortunate to have him.

This man really understood refrigerators. I had a leak of Freon so needed a new refrigerator He actually helped me measure the space and help me Understand the kind of Refrigerator I would need. He had a good knowledge of Refrigerator Repair Service through years of work. I wish he serviced more than refrigerators
