Christopher was fine
He was fine. But Sears made me wait over 6 weeks for a repair, has horrible telephone service and promised a $50 check for my loss of food and didn't send it., if I was able to speak to a tech beforehand they could have brought the parts with them. Horrible horrible how Sears operates. Customer service is a joke.,

Technician Was Great : Process, Not So Much
Andy did a wonderful job, quick & efficient! Having said that, let's take a look at the process these technicians must follow: 1) Show up & assess what needs to be done & order parts), 2) Parts are shipped to the home owner, 3) Follow-up appointment is made, 4) In our case, this appointment is canceled and rescheduled, twice, 5) Technician returens and repairs are made. Overall, it took nearly 3-weeks to replace a latch, something that could have been done in less than 30-minutes if Andy had had the latch on his truck. Seems like this process is a bit crazy, in that, the technician comes out, parts are ordered and the technician returns to make the repairs. Why not have basic parts on the truck so a technician could have arrived, replaced the latch and left within 30-minutes instead of coming out & returning at a later date. Just food for thought...
