Technician was great! 5 stars!!!!!! Sears as a company is horrible. Been a long time protection warranty customer. Communicating with Sears is so difficult and frustrating. Too much AI, not enough human interaction. Changes every few months that are resulting in even worse service. Sears was the gold standard in warranty and customer service. Now it’s barely passing. Again the technicians are GREAT!!!! None of this is on them.

I love that I was able to see exactly when Brad was going to arrive and he did right on time. He wasted no time looking into the issue and told me exactly what was needed which is DIY level so I also appreciate his honesty in sharing that it wasn't something they would do. Brad was pleasant and cordial. I will definitely call on Sears again.
