Darrin was fast, efficient, pleasant, helpful and courteous. He called twice in advance of his arrival, identified and fixed the problem quickly. He explained how to prevent the problem from recurring.

My experience with Shane was amazing. He was on top of everything. He called several times to let me know when he would be arriving instead of just waiting around twiddling my thumbs he was awesome when he arrived he was knowledgeable. He was helpful he was instructional I had a problem with a new washing machine that someone had given me and we fixed it. No problem and he knew everything I needed to know he was amazing. I wish all customer service were as good as he was. Not sure where he came from or what location I thought he was from the Hudson valley New York area but I am not sure. Either way Shane was amazing.
