Michael demonstrates good communication skills as well as a wealth of knowledge about the repairs needed to be made. He showed up earlier than anticipated, saw the problem, saw that the part that had been mailed out was lost in the mail and was able to make the repair and file a claim for the loss of income for the replacement part he provided. He was fast and efficient and friendly to boot!

Never use, horrible customer service. Scheduled date on me way out, then canceled late on day-of. Then tried to reschedule me another 2 weeks further out that I can’t go without appliance for. And has a useless AI bot as only option for customer service, won’t make it right. you’ve been warned.
