Michael is The Best!

Sears Tech, Michael W, provided PM today for our Kenmore washer & dryer. This guy was amazing, thoroughly explaining how we could minimize detergent build-up and prolong the life of our machines (a win-win). Whatever you do, Sears, don't lose this guy!

Great Technician
