Josh was amazing! My stove was in bad shape after a local repair man made a mess of things. Josh make great efforts to repair all the issues and get my oven working again. He also had great communication skills! He took the time to explain things to me and helped me understand everything he was doing, which really helped put my mind at ease at a time when I was ready to give up on my appliance. Josh is a 10/10!!

The only complaint I would have is he left the replaced fittings and the boxes they came in I undstand the reason may have been he was driving a private vehicle and did have room to dispose of the item
