Overall a very positive experience with the technician. He was skilled and worked efficiently to fix the problem. I also appreciated the fact that the App helped us know when he would arrive. My only reason for 4 stars is the price that Sears charges: it’s a bit ridiculous! I do appreciate the technician’s efforts to lower the cost and offer a more affordable option.

The technician was a pleasant person to speak to and appeared to wany to help, but the issue with my refrigerator's freezer still exists. I'll be calling back today to have another sevice call scheduled. I was told simply, "We need to turn the freezer temperature past the recommended setting." I'm sorry I'm a 53 year old man. I had already attempted that. I agree with the assessment the freezer is attempting to work. The freezer fan does kick on but the freezer simply is not freezing food. It is essentially another smaller refrigerator. Again, Ethan was a very nice person, but the issue remains.

Joshua, the repair technician from Sears/A&E Transform Services, is extremely unprofessional. He doesn’t show up for appointments and then marks the job as completed. This company is infuriating to deal with, but unfortunately my home warranty plan always assigns them as the first provider. I have to wait for them to cancel on me before anyone else can be assigned. Please get new service providers and fire Josh.
