Brady has been here 3 times to fix refrigerator, it still doesn't work . It's been a month now.. communication sucks, there is no humans to talk to just a stupid AI operator

Was not satisfied at all with our last service call. Per your technician our d/w claim was denied w/ home warranty since it was determined non repairable due to a crack in the base. Poor evaluation, if d/w would have evaluated properly he would have found the same problem as we did which can be easily repaired. I have attached a photo to show. I feel like my $60 was charged to us unfairly. Crystal Deiterich
