Richard is AMAZING. He kept me updated when he was coming. Explained what was going to happen and what the cost is and helped me understand alot more. I felt really comfortable and he made everything so quick and east. Definitely will be coming back again and again for all appliance issues. Thank you.

He knew exactly what he was doing and he had a mat so when he pulled out the oven it did not scratch my floor. He was the nicest person!

The replacement of the freezer evaporator fan motor & blade for the LG refrigerator was nicely done by Chris though the repair of this item is a relatively easy job. This could easily be a DIY job for anyone who is handy and has the time. Diagnosis of the failed part was done by the refrigerator, showing code "FF E". Service call arrangements and status updates on ordered parts via text messages was all efficiently done.
