Ron was friendly and was able to figure out the problem, fix it and suggest how to avoid it in the future. I thought the fee was high but I dont know what is normal.

Ron was very professional and did his best to solve the problem but unfortunately the problem is still unresolved. My appointment has been rescheduled three times and now I have an appointment for 5/21/2026. I hope this problem gets resolved soon. Thank you.

I found Sears Appliance Repair for a GE I called because my refrigerator was making a squealing noise. David was nice but I wouldn't use your service again. It didn't make the noise while he was here so he told me my issue was "probably" a fan in the freezer and would be over $700 to fix. The "probably" was problematic for me. I also have an issue with GE knowing there is reoccurring problem with a fan and doesn't fix the issue. David told me he had 2 cases the same day for this fan and 1 the day before.

Way over priced. Wanted to charge me 900 to repair the condenser fan in freezer. Part was 100$ repaired it in less than 30 min. Technician was professional

Would not recommend . Took 3 weeks and multiple reschedules to put a new igniter in oven . 3 weeks without an oven . On top of that price is well above the average for this repair . I thought the convenience of scheduling online would make this process easy and quick but was mistaken . When I tried calling I could not talk to anyone , all automated . And when I chatted online because that is the only way I could get through to someone I was told twice a supervisor would call me . No one has called . Would not recommend or use again .

Spent most of his time on the phone either talking to another repairman who was having a problem or looking up what could be the matter with my refrigerator and then quoting me prices for parts. I could have done that myself on Google. Never even pulled the refrigerator out to see what could possibly be the issue.

I most certainly would have given the technician a good rating had the part that he stated he ordered was in fact the part that was necessary to fix the problem.. I have been waiting for at least a month for the repair work
