I called Sears Home Services/Appliance Repair because we were having issues with our washing machine. The rep who took my call (Frank) was very courteous and thorough and was able to set me up with an appointment the next day. He sent a link with the appointment confirmation that also included updates about when the technician would arrive. The technician (Travis) arrived as scheduled that morning and was very nice and took the time to explain in detail what the issue, an estimated cost, and recommendation on how to move forward. I would definitely recommend this service if you’re in need of an appliance repair!
