Steve came out and fixed the drain pump on LG washer quickly he was very professional and sounded very knowledgeable He offered to come earlier which was appreciated. If it is a job quickly and the washer back on line

I have to saw Steven was awesome. He made time to ensure my dryer was repaired on the schedule day even though the part was arriving late. If I can give 6 stars, I would. I appreciate his efforts

Brian was fine. Sears Appliance Repair is a large rip off. 491.00 for repair on a four year old LG dishwasher. My husband will repair it himself. Never ever will I use Sears Appliance Repair. The only reason I am giving five stars is for Brian and his honest look at our appliance.
