This about the 7th repairman that I hv hd fr different companies. Steve fr Sears is by far the one who is skilled at hus job. He found the problem within a few minutes after he arrived. HE was efficient/ very nice. He even pu t on footies b4 entering my home. He took videos of what he was doing so that I cn show the maintenance department of my complex. A wonderful young man!!! I am so very GRATEFUL. Njs
