RUN! If you have any issues they have gone completely AI and it is literally impossible to get ahold of anyone to resolve your problems. All phone numbers go straight to a chat bot. They have no email.

Tech did no testing other than visual on the heat pump water heater which a month ago leaked water. Confirmation of decision to carry on using unit by some check inside pump area would have been reasonable. Won't be bothering to use Sears cover again. I would like premium refunded.

Call for motor replacing on ac unit. Everything else was working they got the motor to work now everything else doesn’t work. Now I’m still without A/C and out a nice amount of money

The technician was very rude and argumentative. After replacing the part he didn't even turn the furnace back on to see if it worked. When asked if he was going to make sure it worked he just mumbled it works, packed up his stuff, and left!

Whole company seems like a scam.. guy was only here 15 minutes to help with a fridge leak but didn’t fix anything, then when I try to reach customer service no one can help me.. was told someone else would be sent out again but never heard anything again.. still can’t reach customer service just keep getting put on hold for hours

Technician no call, no show then unable to reschedule. No response to several contact form inquiries. Not able to contact company to actually speak to someone to correct scheduling issues. Repair process took over 3 months to complete!
