I had a repair wed Jan 31-on February 1st my refrigerator was leaking, water going down into my basement which we recently just put drywall up (that technician put a hole in a line by accident, I get accidents happen but trying to get someone out here right away when they broke something is impossible) Thursday, Friday, Monday I called, I made my own appointment for Tuesday. I called and called and was just getting transfered to a different department which then I was told they were the wrong department. It was beyond frustrating. Thank goodness the tech came out today, listened, and fixed the issue.

David was great, he cared about what I needed to do for cleaning reasons He is very knowledgable and treated me respectfully Installed the Idler pulley and oiled the bearings for me. He deserves a raise !!!

James was very friendly and very helpful. He looked up our refrigerator and advised us that the compressor is still under warranty and the compressor would be covered in full. We would only owe for labor.

Tom was a fantastic repair man. He replaced the defrost timer and explained why. It is a very old freezer but it is very well made. Tom made some additional adjustment to the freezer door to help it function better. He nudged the freezer slightly to the right because the current location placed too much tension on the electrical cord. I would welcome Tom back whenever we need a repair. He deserves more than 5 stars!!!
