Sal was a very friendly fellow! He brightened our day (until he arrived, we were having a pretty cruddy day) with his jovial personality! We asked him to please not pull the dishwasher out to install the new pump because we had a problem in the past with damage being done to our flooring. Sal went out of his way to accommodate! Sal arrived very late in the afternoon & he surely could have been a grumpy repairman, but he WAS GREAT!
