We waited for a 3 PM appointment from seers and found out that the technician was never going to make it and it was going to be another two days. This is unacceptable. Even if you have to pay your guys a little overtime, you need to get them to the appointments that you set up. We love our service man Dave, and he was not the one that was supposed to come that day, but Dave is great.
