David came to the house and found a few different issues with our dishwasher and he was very knowledgeable, informative and kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

Technician rating -5 he was knowledgeable of the problem and efficient in his work. My only problem was with the period from when I reported the problem to Sears (Aug 14th) until the completed service (Aug 30th). 16 days w/o hot water was not acceptable customer service.
