Tom C. arrived as scheduled, was courteous, pleasant, and very respectful. Was acutely aware of the nature of the requested repair. Immediately diagnosed the problem - bad new fan motor that was installed on September 18th by a different service technician, following the installation of a new compressor on September 5 by the same service tech on September 18. Tom C. is the wizard indeed! Worked very carefully and professionally. Completed the repair promptly and cleaned up meticulously! OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN!

Our technician Drew was amazing today. He didn't great job. Unlike the past four scheduled appointments that the other technicians never showed up and not even had the courtesy to call. One other technician showed up and simply said he did not have the parts he needed all the parts were delivered. He just didn't want to do the job Just a recap our technician today his name was Drew and he did an amazing job
