I had two calls with Tom. The first visit he had to check out the freezer but it needed a part so he ordered it and my appointment was scheduled. The parts came on time, and Tom confirmed my appointment the day before so I knew that it was actually scheduled. I struggle with all the technology and not being able to reach a person, but Tom confirmed I in fact had an appointment. He also fixed my freezer and helped me with another issue that I was having. I highly recommend him.
