Fred was wonderful at communicating prior to his arrival and during his visit. I am less impressed with sears scheduling in itself though. Who do you know is available 8AM-5PM working Full-Time? The scheduling is ridiculous and they can come at any time which is INCONVENIENT. Set day Set time.
