Fixed the problem and answered my questions

I am curious and like to see the issue, etc. Drew didn't seem bothered by my questions and showed me the part that needed replaced etc. He did a great job fixing it and washer is now washing! It is nice to have someone knowledgeable show up as some other companies I have worked with- some technicians are just not. Also he arrived, was presentable, comfortable talking to you, arrived in a clearly marked van.. As many women experience, we are the ones who meet contractors, repairmen, techs etc. so I take extra notice to these type of things as it makes you feel comfortable allowing a stranger into your home.
