Shameful do not do business with this Company
I called to have my dryer repaired the gentleman proceeded to say he had 2 orders for me in which he starting checking my washing machine because it leaks a little water then he said in order for him to fix my dryer I would have to pay the fee for him checking my washing machine in which I never asked him to check I just mentioned that it leaks he was there to fix my dryer he claimed he had two orders when it should have only been one order I called about my dryer and my appointment was between 800 thru 12 but he showed up after two. I asked him to call the office too verify that it was supposed to be one order he said he can't do that he proceeded to charge me twice for consultation on one visit he charge me almost five hundred dollars to replace a dryer belt and said it would be another fifty dollars to vacum the lent in which I declined. I even asked him what the total would be to fix my dryer before he started he claimed he had two orders and I would have to pay the fee for checkin the washing machine at that moment before he touched the dryer I was under the impression that the fee was waived if I had service performed. Not fixed!
Problem not resolved. Floor was again wet in front of refrigerator. Have to go through the process all over again. Not happy!

Washer repair
I would never use this service again. I am so truly disappointment. This was obviously a third-party and not the Sears that I am accustomed to. I worked for Sears in the 80s and I am so disappointed.

Worthless
This program is worthless. The technicians are not knowledgeable about the products covered. They have come here twice without doing anything. If you want to talk to an actual person on the phone it will take all day. Not to mention the aggravation of getting the runaround. I will not renew my Sears Master Agreement because it is a waste of money. Workers do not know anything and getting hold of a representative is impossible.

Air conditioner unit
Service person replaced the panel Friday and now we have no cool air soon as he left hot air blowing out😫 before he replaced panel we had cool air. He decided that panel had to be replaced he needs to return ASAP and figure it out and yes I'm calling sears today Saturday 7/29/23 so he or whom ever can figure issue out. Not happy at all it's to hot right now the rating I have nothing for you
