Still having issues
The unit is now making a loud noise and the company is making it hard to get someone back out. The worker also left a situation in my restroom behind and didn't let anyone know.

Repair in wall Air Conditioner
On August 8, the repair man came to repair my in wall air conditione. He said he had to take it out of the wall to repair and needed someone to help him take it out of the wall and would have to reschedule so he did for August 11. On August 11 he called around 8:30 am and said he can not come since his manager said they cannot take it out of the wall that I would have to get someone to take it out of the wall then he could repair it and then I would have to get someone to put it back in the wall. I have not air for over a month on this air conditioner. Why did Esaus wait til the day of service to notify me . Very unsatisifed with the service of the agreement that I have with Sears.

Ice Maker
The ice maker is still not working Technician installed three parts out of four and said ice maker did not need the fourth part because it should work within 2-3 hours after leaving which was 9:30 on 11/21/25 It is now 7:57 11/22/25 and the ice maker is not working

Dryer
The technician should of ordered the parts the Parts he put in the dryer were defective they were cracked and were not sitting right in the dryer I'm very upset now I have to wait longer to use my dryer so please order the replacement parts?

Disaster!
Well we hired Sears to repair our LG dryer and we thought that had been accomplished. Then we started doing laundry and all of a sudden our entire down stairs is flooded with water! Don't know what the tech did to the washing machine while he was repairing our dryer but gallons upon gallons of water are all over the floor in the laundry room, in the crawlspace, in the bathroom, out in the den itself- ruining carpet, carpet pads, moulding, towels that we had to use soak up the water! Mind you this is the second repair person since Sea has sent out in a month to fix the dryer. Little did we know we would have more damage!! Never using their services again!!

Made the problem worse
Technician came out last Tuesday. Since then there has been more leaking from the refrigerator which has gotten worse and worse. The issue was not only not fixed but made worse even with the water line shut off!

Broken refrigerator
My refrigerator is still broke , they have to return, I will never use sears again, if they don't fix my refrigerator.

Poor Service
I'm extremely annoyed that in the process of the technician attempting to fix the microwave portion of my double oven, he broke my oven which now does not heat when after a second service call!! I now have neither an oven nor a microwave while I await a replacement for my dual oven. I've never experienced such poor service in all the years that I've maintained a Service Agreement for all my alliances with Sears!

Dish washer
I am extremely disappointed at this service. I had to wait for parts and during this time I could not use my kitchen. The water has cause flooding in my home. I could not cook for my family. I pay every month for this plan. I'm am going to file a dispute with the bbb and the attorney generals office. I have pictures of the damage and the defective dishwasher. I was told by the technician that customers have faced this problem often.
