I am not satisfied the way the technician handled the service that was due to my dryer. Records speak for themselves so I suggest management look them over. The first initial appointment went fine. The technician evaluated n saw the issue on the dryer n ordered the part necessary. It was a very obvious fixs. Appointment after appointment for weeks after the part came in was the concerns. I lost 3 days of work. Two failed appointment were missed, the third was a no call no show. The fourth appointment happened because I put in a complaint with corporate n then called on the technician's whereabouts throughout the day, which i believe got him to come n complete the job. SMH. Shame on them for thinking that their time is more of Value. Sears services has definitely turned for the worse.

when insured with gas company a more through inspection was done,,,for example, chimney waS Checked for blockage that could cause carbon monoxide. was told that the furnace would not come on if there was a blockage in the exhaust air flow ,this left me feeling a little insecure. In other words, if the furnace comes on everything is ok?
