Jules was excellent in his skills on my washing machine. He replaced two parts on my machine and he appeared to be very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the problem was and quickly made the repairs with the new parts that had been ordered.

Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our clothes washer without incident. The only downside was in the scheduling through the website/ customer service where a window of 8:00am to 5:00pm is inconvenient. Even half a day is better.

I thought I was going to end up having to purchase a new washer-dryer, but Jules came in and repaired our unit within FIVE MINUTES. Best of all, the price was right - less than $150! I highly recommend Sears Home Services, and I will be using them again, if necessary.
