Steve arrived timely, did an excellent job, made sure we understood everything that he did. He was able to explain why we were having some problems and how to resolve them in the future. We appreciated his hoard work.

Jules was excellent in his skills on my washing machine. He replaced two parts on my machine and he appeared to be very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the problem was and quickly made the repairs with the new parts that had been ordered.

Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our clothes washer without incident. The only downside was in the scheduling through the website/ customer service where a window of 8:00am to 5:00pm is inconvenient. Even half a day is better.
