He was pleasant and quick. Very nice gentleman. Called before he arrived so I could get the dogs out. Nice experience with this gentleman. No your customer service was not good at all calling in. Just automated can't speak to anyone and your window is between 8-5 you sit her till 2 and you get an automated call your service is cancelled. Not good not good at all to leave someone sitting half a day and cancel. So he gets a 5 star!!customer service get a big fat 0. My service was canceled twice. Today was my 4th appointment

Andrew was terrific. He came out mid August to diagnose the problem with our Whirlpool dryer & ordered the parts. Today he came out to install the parts. He was very efficient & informative. He's a great representative for your firm.
