Joseph introduced himself and referenced his reason for coming to provide service. He asked questions in reference to service being required as to the malfunction of our Jenn-Air wall oven. He then proceeded to performs the task of repairing our oven, Once the task was finished, he shared info and reported that our oven is in working order. He was courteous and professional in the execution of his work ethics and performance.
