My kenmore had bothering me for a months saying the oven door is not closed when it was. I didn't know what to do after trying a few times to fix it. After seeing an ad for Sears I thought I would give it try and no less my problem was solved. Edward came early as the appointment stated between 8-12pm he was there at 8:20 and figured the situation right away as he opened the oven door noticing the oven door switch was broken. He order the part and it came And a week later he came back and problem solved. Edward was great knew what he was doing got to the point and done. Just a great experience
