My appointment was canceled 2 times but the 3rd time a charm. Andrew called to notify me he was on his way too me. I met him at the door. Warm greeting. Andrew was patient with my questions. He prepared himself to work and began. He showed me possibilities of my problem and my machine is working like a mean machine. Thank you Andrew,
