Service by George was GREAT! However, we had to wait 3 and a half weeks just for a technician to come out. My grandmother is 95 years old and has had Sears Maintenance contract for over 15 years. Having her wait 3 and a half weeks with a refrigerator and freezer not working was more than just an inconvenience!!!! It was very stressful, Expensive (ordering out every day) and just a true hassle! Again, GREAT service. But truly disappointed with the wait time!
