Hilarious
Honestly my tech couldn't do much because my machine mysteriously started working when he got here. However he ran numerous tests anyway to make sure I was good, making hilarious comments along the way

David was great, knew right away when I plugged washer in and he heard the noise it was making, just by me telling him what had happened on the day I last used it. I never held the cancel button to cancel cycle after I left the lid opened for too long after it was in use. The water was coming out of hose in sink when lid was still open and started making noise. I shut the lid and the lights on machine were not on. I unplugged it several times but still made noise but not running, so I assumed it needed service. He was very professional when explaining that the washer emptied the water and needed the cycle to be cancelled before using. One thing is, is that I explained that when calling for service and it all could have been avoided if someone would have explained to tech before coming out. I waited 4 days without washer and spent a lot of money at laundromat but I was just happy to have my washer working! Thank you David.

Technician was great, but Sears provides no means for contact...not phone, text or email. You are allowed to schedule or reschedule an appointment, but only through the app. The first technician didn't make it out on the first day and sears provided no notice of the cancelation nor made an effort to reschedule me for the next day. Sears has no customer care services.

Andrew came and did an excellent job. The dishwasher is now working. The service people were great. It was the system which created a problem. We spent an entire day waiting for someone and no one came. Did not even receive a phone call. Had to wait another week for another appointment It took 4 weeks to get it fixed. Some one came the third week. The part did not work. Another week. It was very difficult to get past the automated response to get it to talk to a human being. All in all. It was a very frustrating experience. It is now working so we are happy.
