Andrew was a breath of fresh air after the nightmare of an experience I have had through this entire process. I was rescheduled several times because the manufacturer kept saying the Control board part was not in stock. After many , many calls, I went to the manufacturer, GE, to see what was going on with the part. They said the part Sears was requesting was an outdated part number. Unbelievable! So I had GE send me the part, which I had to pay for out of my own pocket. Then, it took several more calls to schedule me because they just kept telling me the part was not in stock and they would contact me when it did come in. Since I basically had to pay for the Part, I may just call a technician when something breaks and pay out of my pocket. I had to do your job for you by contacting the manufacturer for the part so next time I may be forced to pay for service out of my own pocket instead of going through this again. Andrew was great though.

He was great he was so professional and knowledgeable, he came in and did what he had to do he was clean and he put everything back together although the wasn't the one that took it apart. He was friendly if I ever have another problem I hope that I could get him. Thank you for having him come to me.

Excellent service - he knew right away what to do - the upper basket had broken and replaced it right away AND repositioned the dishwasher in the "slot", so that it was no longer crooked; due to our pup propping his paws on the door a few months ago, it had gotten out of whack and the previous repair person shortly after that said "he was not allowed to touch that issue" (to straighten it up). We had thought that was weird - apparently it was, since Donald right away said that it was no problem to get it positioned corrrectly. Many thanks.

I haven't had great experience with Sears technician in the recent years. I almost gave up hope of the quality service they use to give years ago. This technician reminded me of Sears old roots of quality service.
