Despite the total of 5 separate appointments scheduled with 2 being cancelled by Sears for your system claiming the parts hadn't been sent and they were, in fact, here- it seems my dishwasher is finally fixed. Thank you Andrew. Getting through via phone or Sears Home Hub is really a challenge but the service people, when they get here, are great

He took time to ensure the unit was operating correctly. This guy is a wonderful and talented technician; he deserves a big raise!
