Mark is outstanding! He had the needed parts shipped to me, he arrived on time after an early call to let me know of his ETA. He completed the repair quickly, and completely. He took time to ensure the unit was operating correctly. This guy is a wonderful and talented technician; he deserves a big raise!

Steven was a wonderful help!! He assessed the problem on one visit and had the parts ordered. He then came back and installed them extremely quickly and efficiently. He also told me where I could get a replacement part on the sears website I needed that's not in the warranty. Really a pleasure.
