I had a problem with my oven not preheating beyond approximately 120 degrees. Was able to schedule service the next working day. The tech was able to instantly diagnose the problem, quickly disassemble my oven, install the new part, reassemble, and test. Extremely professional.

Despite the total of 5 separate appointments scheduled with 2 being cancelled by Sears for your system claiming the parts hadn't been sent and they were, in fact, here- it seems my dishwasher is finally fixed. Thank you Andrew. Getting through via phone or Sears Home Hub is really a challenge but the service people, when they get here, are great
