JulesSears tech to come out to was polite and professional. was on time comments about your customer care, some of them to be re-trained how to deal with customers also not just hang up on them once placed on hold. When given a time for service just don't re-schedule without notifying the customer took me almost a month for a Sear's tech to come out to look at our washer. Your auto system needs to be revamped I could go on but it won't do any good.

Mr Joseph was on time, pleasant and efficient. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to correct my problem. He was a very nice and respectful repairman. He was also very patient with the time I needed to get down the steps to answer the door, due to surgery.
