It took 3 months to get the parts to repair my oven! I don't know who DROPPED THE BALL! I missed baking for Thanksgiving dinner,and being inconvenienced for 3 MONTHS! It was sooo hard getting a LIVE PERSON to talk too, and take accountability… This process has had my family full of anxiety and rage. I have not missed any payments and nobody has offered me anything to compensate Sear's incapacity to make the CUSTOMER (Me) feel SPECIAL! I guess it's time to seek other warranty companies even though I've been with Sears for over 40 years… my patience has worn thin. Mr. K

Originally scheduled for mid-December, was luckily offered rescheduled for today, 11/26. Steven came on schedule, diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the problem…just in time for Thanksgiving! Friendly and efficient!

My refrigerator freezer recently went out n I called Sears on the spot. I was able to get the fridge evaluated the next day n was glad to know it was repairable. The technician order a part n came back out in 3 days to install it. Steven did a fantastic job and was very friendly, courteous n had years experience. Wish all technicians worked the same. Thxs Steve. You were awesome.
