My refrigerator freezer recently went out n I called Sears on the spot. I was able to get the fridge evaluated the next day n was glad to know it was repairable. The technician order a part n came back out in 3 days to install it. Steven did a fantastic job and was very friendly, courteous n had years experience. Wish all technicians worked the same. Thxs Steve. You were awesome.

JulesSears tech to come out to was polite and professional. was on time comments about your customer care, some of them to be re-trained how to deal with customers also not just hang up on them once placed on hold. When given a time for service just don't re-schedule without notifying the customer took me almost a month for a Sear's tech to come out to look at our washer. Your auto system needs to be revamped I could go on but it won't do any good.
