It took 3 months to get the parts to repair my oven! I don't know who DROPPED THE BALL! I missed baking for Thanksgiving dinner,and being inconvenienced for 3 MONTHS! It was sooo hard getting a LIVE PERSON to talk too, and take accountability… This process has had my family full of anxiety and rage. I have not missed any payments and nobody has offered me anything to compensate Sear's incapacity to make the CUSTOMER (Me) feel SPECIAL! I guess it's time to seek other warranty companies even though I've been with Sears for over 40 years… my patience has worn thin. Mr. K
