Over the weekend we began to notice our Samsung dryer (purchased in 2018) was making an abnormal amount of noise when operating. The dryer was still functioning but as a precaution we made an appointment with Sears Home Service. The original appointment was scheduled for Friday, but the option was presented to be rescheduled two days earlier on Wednesday which worked even better. Total time spent from arrival to assessment to replacing rollers that were needed to replaced due to wear and tear was no more than one and half hours. The price was reasonable and the fact that this was an observation made on Saturday and to have completed by Wednesday is great. As for the technician Leroy, what can I say… Leroy was knowledgeable and professional. The customer service Leroy provided was top notch and he took the time to explain the process repair and maintenance of the Samsung Dryer. We felt confident with the service provided and would highly recommend Sears Hime Service for your home appliances needs.

Although I had a morning appointment between 8-12 the tech showed up after 3:30pm. Better late than never! My refrigerator was leaking water at the bottom. The piece that held the water filter for ice or was leaking. I have no water dispenser just the ice maker which I never use because it's City disgusting tasting water. I closed the water shut off as the tech advised & the problem was fixed! No more leak! Thank you Sears for sending a great tech!!
