The technician was excellent. On his first visit he diagnosed the part. It was ordered and arrived. On his second visit he installed it successfully. Customer service however, left much to be desired. The part arrived later than hoped, requiring rescheduling the second appointment. Then that appointment did not show. The next appointment also did not show. The next appointment happened about two hours after the window scheduled. But alls well now, about a month after the first call.
