Service was great once we got service. Tried to get the repair since July. Dozens of attempts with horrible AI system. Here I had to mark a price but this was warrenty.

Technician understood the problem, changed the part the was needed to fix the problem, waited through the entire cycle to make sure that my washing machine was properly functioning. Very knowledgeable tech. 😀

He followed all difficult instructions to get to my place, and figured out the problem, which fixed itself when he started the machine again... it had been blocked in the drain and wasn't emptying... I think it was a disposable diaper or pad accidentally left in the clothes.
